Историјско памћење Холокауста и дела Израела у Гази: конфликт тумачења и морални избор

U ovom članku se razmatra složen i bolan problem uticaja istorijske memorije Holokausta na politiku Države Izrael prema palestinskom stanovništvu pojasa Gaze. Na osnovu analize javnih rasprava, izjava političara, stavova organizacija za zaštitu ljudskih prava i akademskih debata rekonstruisana je višeslojna problematika odnosa kolektivne traume jevrejskog naroda i postupaka koje Izrael sprovodi tokom vojne kampanje, koja je počela posle oktobra dve hiljade dvadeset treće godine. Posebnu pažnju posvećena je fenomenu korišćenja istorijskih analogija, raspravama o primeni termina 'genocid' i moralnoj dilemi koja stoji pred društvom koje je preživelo katastrofu.
