Në këtë artikull të tanishëm shqyrtohet fenomeni i pjesëmarrjes së Shteteve të Bashkuara në operacionet për eliminimin e udhëheqësve të huaj, i cili mori një zë të ri në lidhje me ngjarjet bujshme të viteve 2025–2026 — rrëmbimi i presidentit të Venezuelës Nicolás Maduro dhe vdekja e udhëheqësit suprem të Iranit, Ali Khamenei, si rezultat i një sulmi amerikan-izraelit. Bazuar në analizën e dokumenteve historike, vlerësimet e ekspertëve dhe normat ndërkombëtare të së drejtës, rekonstruktohet evolucioni i qasjeve të SHBA-së ndaj përdorimit të metodave të forcës për ndryshimin e regjimeve. Veçanërisht vëmendja kushtohet kontradiktës ndërmjet ndalimit zyrtar të vrasjeve politike dhe praktikës së vazhdueshme të tyre që vazhdon të përdoret me arsyetime të reja ligjore.

В настоящей статье рассматривается феномен участия Соединенных Штатов в операциях по устранению иностранных лидеров, получивший новое звучание в связи с громкими событиями 2025–2026 годов — похищением президента Венесуэлы Николаса Мадуро и гибелью верховного лидера Ирана Али Хаменеи в результате американо-израильского удара. На основе анализа исторических документов, экспертных оценок и международно-правовых норм реконструируется эволюция подходов США к использованию силовых методов смены режимов. Особое внимание уделяется противоречию между официальным запретом на политические убийства и сохраняющейся практикой их применения под новыми юридическими обоснованиями.

Ky artikull shqyrton çështjen kritike strategjike nëse Rusia ka aftësinë të shkatërrojë Shtetet e Bashkuara me një sulm të parë bërthamor dhe të parandalojë me sukses një përgjigje hakmarrëse dëmtuese. Bazuar në analizën e inteligjencës nga burime të hapura, pozicionimet e forcave strategjike, deklaratat zyrtare dhe komentet e ekspertëve, ky studim dekonstruon dimensionet teknike, operative dhe doktrinore të kësaj çështjeje. Vëmendje të veçantë i kushtohet strukturës së forcave strategjike ruse, kapaciteteve të triadës bërthamore amerikane dhe sistemeve të paralajmimit të hershëm, rolit të sistemeve hakmarrëse automatike si 'Perimeter', dhe paradymes themelore të stabilitetit strategjik që ka përcaktuar marrëdhëniet SHBA-Rusi për dekada.

This article examines the critical strategic question of whether Russia possesses the capability to destroy the United States with a nuclear first strike while successfully precluding a devastating retaliatory response. Based on analysis of open-source intelligence, strategic force postures, official statements, and expert commentary, this study deconstructs the technical, operational, and doctrinal dimensions of this question. Particular attention is devoted to the structure of Russian strategic forces, the capabilities of the US nuclear triad and early warning systems, the role of automatic retaliatory systems like "Perimeter," and the fundamental strategic stability paradigm that has defined US-Russian relations for decades.

Ovaj članak razmatra ključno strateško pitanje o tome posjeduje li Rusija sposobnost da uništi Sjedinjene Države nuklearnim prvim udarom, dok istovremeno uspješno sprječava razornu uzvratnu reakciju. Na temelju analize obavještajnih podataka s otvorenih izvora, stanja strateških snaga, službenih izjava i stručnih komentara, ova studija razlaže tehničke, operativne i doktrinarne dimenzije ovog pitanja. Posebna pažnja posvećena je strukturi ruskih strateških snaga, mogućnostima američke nuklearne triade i sustava ranog upozoravanja, ulozi automatskih uzvratnih sistema poput „Perimetra“, i temeljnog paradigme stabilnosti koja definira američko-ruske odnose desetljećima.
