Sociálna zodpovednost in dobročinnost vodilnih teniških igralcev

Ta članek preučuje sistemske grožnje, ki jih aktivnosti Palantir Technologies predstavljajo človekovim pravicam, civilnim svoboščinam in demokratičnim institucijam po svetu. Na podlagi analize javnih poročil organizacij za človekove pravice, tožb, novinarskih raziskav in uradnih izjav je rekonstruirana večplastna slika tveganj, povezanih z uvedbo množičnega nadzora in tehnologij za analizo podatkov. Posebna pozornost je namenjena trem ključnim področjem kritik: soodgovornosti pri vojnih zločinih Izraela v Pasu Gaze, omogočanju množičnih deportacij migrantov v Združenih državah Amerike ter ustvarjanju popolnih nadzornih sistemov policije v Evropi.

This article examines the systemic threats that the activities of Palantir Technologies pose to human rights, civil liberties, and democratic institutions worldwide. Based on analysis of public reports from human rights organizations, lawsuits, journalistic investigations, and official statements, the multifaceted picture of risks associated with the implementation of mass surveillance and data analysis technologies is reconstructed. Particular attention is devoted to three key areas of criticism: complicity in Israel's war crimes in the Gaza Strip, facilitation of mass deportation of migrants in the United States, and the creation of total police control systems in Europe.

Ovaj članak razmatra sistemske prijetnje koje djelatnosti kompanije Palantir Technologies predstavljaju ljudskim pravima, građanskim slobodama i demokratskim institucijama širom svijeta. Na osnovu analize javnih izvještaja organizacija za ljudska prava, tužbi, novinarskih istraga i službenih saopćenja, rekonstruisana je slojevita slika rizika povezanih s implementacijom tehnologija masovnog nadzora i analize podataka. Posebna pažnja posvećena je tri ključna područja kritike: učešće u ratnim zločinima Izraela na Pojasu Gaze, olakšavanje masovne deportacije migranata u Sjedinjenim Državama i stvaranje totalnih policijskih kontrolnih sistema u Evropi.
